An amazing experiance. Staff super friendly and listened to what our daily routine was and helped us pick a car right for our family.
Would 100% recommend people to visit this dealer. They moved heaven and earth to get us into the car we needed. Nothing was too hard.
We have always received poor service at this dealership from when we bought the car. We were passed around many different people and no one ever seemed to know what was going on.
On our latest service we pointed out 2 issues, 1 that the tyre likely had a slow puncture as every week we were having to put air in it. We were told they couldn’t see anything wrong with it and we needed to take it to a tyre specialist (at our further expense). We took it to another mechanic who immediately pulled out a 7cm nail and they said it was extremely obvious.
The second issue was that our car went in for a free month service when we first got it and they did something to the charging port so it didn’t work. We had to take it back to be fixed but it has never worked properly since. We have been told multiple times there is nothing wrong with it even though it doesn’t charge phones properly. We were asked to take a video of the issue which we provided and were still told there was nothing wrong. My partner then went through the service afterwards with a mechanic there and he said it was broken and it was a well known issue with this car. We were told they would raise an issue but have not heard anything since.
Terrible service time and time again.
Love the new service centre. The check in process is so easy and hassle free. Loved the YouTube video showing exactly how to get there. The driver (I'm really sorry but I've forgotten his name) who drops you off and picks you up is really friendly. I enjoy chatting with him while he's transporting me.
Today, I had the pleasure of meeting the best new car sales team I have ever come acorssed. In fact, I would like to give my personal thanks to Jacky (New Car Sales Manager) and Gilbert (New Car Sales Consultant). They have put all negative stereotype for car salesperson to bed forever. Jacky is a great listener, honest, sincere, temperate, considerate, open-minded, and client focused, verything oppsite to what's perceived. He take the time to get to know his customers' wants and delivers on their expectations. He has a great and positive attitude. He believes in the brand, and he has integrity. He is knowledgeable and experienced, and not once did I feel pushed. He WILL NOT perssure you into buying some you don't need or want. Just when you think my experience can't get any better, well, you are wrong. They have great coffee too, all in all, I recommend you go and see Jacky and his team and get yourself a fair deal for the car of your dream. Oh, don't forget the coffee. 10/10
Booked car in for a service and advised of issues with the radio and drivers side airbag that I wanted fixed.
Picked up car and nothing done to either, other than to tell me the radio needs replacing and airbag needs repair...which is what I asked to be done to both!
If you're just after a stock standard service with zero additional issues they're probably fine. If you need anything extra done just ask, and when you pick it up they'll have done nothing to fix it.
When you walk in & tell them you've got cash & you're ready to buy, you'd expect to hear back from them. They're one of 3 Hyundai dealerships I've been to & not one of them can be bothered. Your loss Northside Hyundai!
The staff at Northside Hyundai are the best. They managed to find us a new car when no other dealers could. We can’t thank them enough!
